  1. If the referral results in a Termite Service Agreement - $25.00 Credit
  2. If the referral results in a Pest Control Service Agreement - $15.00 Credit
  3. If the referral results in a Lawn Treatment Service Agreement - $10.00 Credit
  4. If the referral results in a Combination of any two Service Agreements - $45.00 Credit
