A: B&B only uses the best liquid termiticide on the market today Termidor. It takes up to 90 days after the treatment to eliminate the colony of termites.
Q: Our neighbors have termites, will I get them in my house too?
A: Sooner or later almost every home gets attacked by Subterranean termites or Drywood termites. Subterranean termites nest in the soil, and B&B can prevent them by applying a termiticide to the soil around the foundation of the home. Drywood termites enter directly into the wood and have no requirement for soil contact and needs to have a fumigation to contain.
Q: Can you help get rid of rats or rodents?
A: Absolutely. All of our technicians have rodent control experience. B&B also offers Rodent Proofing.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit. You can pay online, by phone, or by mail. We also accept checks.
Q: Do you require a long-term contract?
A: No, we do not require a long-term contract. B&B offers One- time services, Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly services. If you wish to restart your canceled service after 90 days there may be a small fee to continue.
Q: Are B&B technicians licensed?
A: All B&B technicians are licensed and most achieve higher training. This license requires ongoing continuing education, and demonstration of knowledge of pest biology, pesticide safety, rules and regulations, and proper sanitation.
Q: How can I recognize a B&B technician?
A: You can identify a B&B technician by their company issued B&B uniform and there truck labeled with our B&B logos.

Q: When I call your office with a pest problem, how fast can you respond?
A: We do our best to meet your needs efficiently and effectively. We can usually have help on the way within a day or two, even sooner on emergency problems.
Q: When you come to spray my house how long will it take?
A: It depends on the service and many other factors. A routine quarterly service, for example, will often take less than an hour.
Q: Can I be home at the time of my service?
A: B&B will advise you if it is necessary to leave the home. This will depend on what type of service you are having done.
Q: Is there anything I need to do to my home prior to pest control service?
A: Your technician will advise you to remove pet food, water dishes, exposed food items, and children’s toys from areas he needs to treat. If there are pets inside other items may need attention.
Q: Is it safe for my pet to go outside after treatment?
A: Every pesticide requires that pets and people avoid treatment until dry. This is the minimum standard for all products. Once dry the material will not be easily transferred to humans or pets.
Q: If my house was treated inside, when will it be safe for my children to crawl or play on the ground?
A: Generally 2 to 4 hours or until dry. Your technician will inform you in advance of any precautions or any other questions you may have.
Q: I have a bug and I don’t know what it is. Can you help me?

Q: If my house is treated right before it rains will the product be washed away?
A: Products applied to eaves, around windows, under patio covers, and many other pest harborages will be affective even if it rains.
Q: Help! I have bed bugs. Can you get rid of them?
A: Yes, but be prepared for a major effort. Bed bugs are perhaps the most difficult pests that we face. Please call us to discuss your problem further.
